The excitement in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) continues as the Akari Chargers unveil their latest addition to the team lineup. Maxine Juangco, formerly of the FEU Lady Tamaraws in the UAAP, is making her professional debut as the newest libero for the Chargers.
Juangco’s experience and skill set bring a valuable asset to the Akari Chargers as they gear up for the upcoming PVL conference. In UAAP Season 85, she played a pivotal role in helping the FEU Lady Tamaraws achieve a commendable 6-8 record, showcasing her defensive prowess and court leadership.
The arrival of Juangco fills the position left vacant by Justine Jazareno, who recently announced her pregnancy and had to take a leave of absence from the team. With Juangco’s addition, the Chargers aim to maintain their competitive edge and continue their quest for success in the PVL.
