Filipino racing sensation Zach David has stormed back into the top 10 standings after delivering impressive back-to-back podium finishes at the Formula Regional Middle East Championship (FRMEC).
Competing at the iconic Yas Marina Circuit, David showcased his prowess behind the wheel, securing podium spots in round 4’s second and final races, along with a commendable fourth-place finish in the opening race. The Maltese-licensed driver demonstrated remarkable consistency and skill throughout the weekend, earning praise for his stellar performances on the track.
In race 1, David started from fifth on the grid and maintained a strong position, ultimately crossing the finish line in fourth place. Despite facing challenges in overtaking, he defended his position with determination and precision, setting the stage for a promising weekend ahead.
Race 2 proved to be a thrilling affair for David as he battled his way from seventh to third place, overcoming obstacles and seizing opportunities to climb the ranks.
