This year turned out to be lucky for Rey Suerte.
The Blackwater guard signed an agreement for a second year with the club on Thursday, following an outstanding performance at the PBA Commissioner’s Cup in which he was one of the bright spots on the Bossing roster.
Suerte was joined with his spouse and his representative Danny Espirituwhen Suerte signed the extension along with the team director Johnson Martinez Representing Blackwater.
The contract’s terms weren’t disclosed, as is usual of the PBA.
He racked up 12.0 and 4.0 rebounding over eleven games with the Bossing in the season’s first competition, in which his team was second to the last in the standings with a record of 1-10.
